Nutrition is basic and the most important thing in my view. Not really important in society now but i hope that changes. Here as support and to learn from others who practice good nutrition.

Goodmorning.. I hope everyone had a productive week. This morning I started off with a my cardio workout and ab routin.. Yes morning workouts are the best, it sets you for your day.

I found that when doing your fitness routines. Space your meals 2 hours in between. You should be doing a morning snack and evening snack, eating no later then 7pm.

I've lost 40 pounds (167 - 126) in exactly 3 months and 1 week. Although this may seem extreme, I did it solely by eating healthy and less and exercising 6days/week.

I have never been over weight up until I started taking Seroquel xr. Ever since I started on that medication I've been hungry ALL DAY!!! I went from 125 to 141!

Ok so yes we sometimes fall of the deep end with our eating. I'm putting myself to a test. I want to see how clean I eat for 21 days. I'm going to start back with my weights.
